Our embassies is the official office of the Republic of Agiara inside another country. Its main job is to represent and protect the interests of the Republic of Agiara and its citizens abroad.
Diplomatic immunity is a special legal protection given to our diplomats so they can do their work safely and without interference from the host country. They cannot be arrested or jailed by the host country. Their offices, homes, and documents are protected from search or seizure.
They must respect the host country’s laws, but if they break them, they are usually sent home (declared persona non grata) instead of prosecuted.
